What We Fund
To be considered for a grant from the Hayden Foundation, an organization must possess charitable 501(c)(3) or 509(a)(1) status from the Internal Revenue Service or have a fiscal sponsor with 501(c)(3) status.
The Hayden Foundation will consider support to Rhode Island-based:
Public and Private educational institutions for student support and need, scholarships, programming and capital projects that directly affect the quality of education and educational opportunities.
Animal Welfare organizations that promote the rescue, care, rehabilitation, rehome, and support services designed to inspire a community that celebrates and nurtures the animal-human bond. Grant Applications will be considered in support of programming and capital projects.
